Returns FAQ

Can I return my order

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return if the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return

  1. Email support@scubaprime.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We will approve eligible requests and email you a prepaid Amazon MCF return label and return authorization.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address shown on the label. This is an Amazon fulfillment center address.

Where do I ship the return

Do not send returns to a static address. Use the Amazon MCF prepaid label we provide and ship to the fulfillment center listed on that label.

How long do refunds take

After the fulfillment center receives and inspects your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

Do you offer exchanges

For fastest service, return the original item through the MCF process, then place a new order for the replacement item.

Who pays return shipping

For approved returns, we provide a prepaid Amazon MCF return label.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect

Contact us immediately at support@scubaprime.com. We will make it right.


Scope

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. We fulfill and process returns through Amazon Multi Channel Fulfillment.

Eligibility

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item unused and unworn
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Proof of purchase provided

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@scubaprime.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, we will issue a return authorization and a prepaid Amazon MCF return label.
  3. Ship the package to the Amazon fulfillment center address that appears on the label.

Items sent back without a prior return request and a valid MCF label will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item through the MCF process. After your return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

  • After the Amazon fulfillment center receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@scubaprime.com.
